“The most common case referred into my practice is a tooth with calcified canals. My referrers can easily identify those cases on radiographs. The most difficult of these canals are often the MB2. The miniKUT MB2 Files (The BlackJack) are designed to navigate these small and often curved canals. They are resilient, tough and go places I’ve never felt comfortable using a rotary instrument. Absolutely the best instrument for MIE I have ever used.”

Case: 6

Lower molar #19. The tooth has a radix root on the distal lingual. The working lengths were 25mm other than the distal. The first file to length was an 06 hand file. The case was instrumented with miniKUT EZP 15.03 rotary files. Sealed with PlanB Bio-Ceramic Sealer.

Case: 5

Hot and cold sensitive. Necrotic pulp Acute Apical Periodontitis. Buccal canals instrumented to miniKUT EZP 15/03 File. Palatal instrumented to miniKUT 20/04. Filled with bioceramic sealer and PlanB gutta percha.

Case 4

This was a calcified #18 that was necrotic with a chronic periapical abscess. The first file to length was a SS 06 handfile. The mesial canals were enlarged to a 10. The distal was enlarged with hand files to 15. The coronal canals were enlarged with a BlackJack miniKUT MB2. The mesial canals were enlarged to a miniKUT 15/03. The distal canal was enlarged to a miniKUT 20/05. The miniKUT 03 follows a 10 hand file easily. A 20/05 follows the 15/03 to length. Minimally Invasive Endodontics are a breeze with PlanB files.

Case 3:

The buccal roots of #14 was instrumented with miniKUT EZP 15/03 files. CBCT slice showed isthmus mid root in the mesial buccal root.

Case 2:

miniKUT .15/.03

Case 1:

miniKUT MB2 .15/.07 followed by miniKUT .15/.03
