Case 1
Tooth No. 18, irreversible pulpitis + normal periapical tissues, constricted canals due to chronic coronal irritation and occlusal disorders. Typical miniKUT sequence is 15.07 on the coronal third of the canal, 15.03 to the working length and 25.05 to the working length (last file). Sometimes a 35.05 or better yet a 35.03 as a final.
Case 2
Tooth No. 5, pulp necrosis + chronic periapical abscess, follow-up at 3 months shows periapical healing in progress.
Case 3
Tooth No. 30, Pulp necrosis + symptomatic apical periodontitis, constricted and long canals. A large restoration in the distal zone got fractured before the appointment for the endodontic treatment.
Case 4
Tooth No. 12, Pulp necrosis + symptomatic apical periodontitis, constricted canals due to chronic coronal irritation, the entrances of each root canal were difficult to locate in the coronal radicular third due to the partial obliteration of the root canals.
