PlanB MIE Burs

Designed by Dr. L. Stephen Buchanan, the PlanB Minimally Invasive Endodontic Bur portfolio provides the Clinician a full complement of Endodontic Preparation and Access Burs tailored for preserving tooth structure. The cornerstones of the offering are the PlanB MIE Access Diamonds which are built to guide instrumentation for any rotary file system. The multi-use PlanB Access Diamond comes in the 2 sizes (small diameter cutting surface and large diameter cutting surface) and features a non-cutting fully radiused variable tapered tip. The PBAD-L is a conservative cutting update to the LA Axxess Instrument*. The entire range of 8 burs are available as refills or in a convenient bur clip that includes 3 of each bur other than the PBAD-L (21 total burs). *The LA Axxess Instrument is a trademark of Kerr Corp.

The PlanB Access Diamonds are designed to create precise line angles while preserving natural dentin. PBADs cut efficiently and symmetrically without ledging. Available in two sizes (Small and Large). PBAD Small is 26mm in length with a non-cutting tip and PBAD Large is 28mm in length with a non-cutting tip.

PlanB Surgical MDs are specially designed for efficient and conservative entry into pulp chambers. Medium-coarse diamond elements are embedded at the optimal depth for effective, rapid, reliable performance. Length: 24mm

PlanB XCDs (trans-ceramic) are specially designed for efficient cutting entry through ceramic restorations . Xtra-coarse diamond elements are embedded at the optimal depth for effective, rapid, reliable performance. Length: 19mm

PlanB RECCFs are manufactured using state-of-the-art brazing and machining techniques, providing excellent performance and durability. Designed to ensure quick, smooth, and vibration-free cutting through cast restorations, thereby reducing patient discomfort. Length: 19mm
