¨I was fortunate to be one of the first Dentists to acquire in AAE22 the PulpSucker, introduced to me by my Mentor Dr. L. Stephen Buchanan, before production began. The PulpSucker is without doubt a robust and highly effective device and strongly recommend incorporating it into the practice. It is a Game Changer¨.

Case 2

60 yrs old Nurse, ASA II, came for Evaluation and Treatment of tooth No. 12; with a history of sensitivity to thermal changes and pain in the Vestibule of tooth 12. Had an Amalgam restoration done years ago and it was changed to Resin restoration in 2023. Clinically it responded positive to Vertical and Horizontal Percussion; the radiograph showed an Apical Lesion and the readout on Digital Pulp Vitality tester was 64. Necrotic Pulp and Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis. Rotary Endodontics was performed using the PulpSucker for Enhanced Irrigation-Disinfection, completed on January 22, 2024. On February 1, 2024 symptoms subsided. Note the Obturation of the lateral canal and puff obtained with the Apical Negative Irrigation-Disinfection of the PulpSucker, cleaning where neither Files nor Conventional Syringe irrigation can accomplish. 5 months later, June 2024 bone healing can be observed; the extraordinary result gives us high confidence in this device.
