Fun case of #3 PT/AAP. Patient reported that few years ago her general dentist did the RCT and could not get “all the way down” on one of the roots. Tooth was subsequently crowned, but never felt quite right per patient. I opted for selective retreatment of only MB root, as DB and P were free of PARL. I observed a separated file in MB canal, retrieved it with my Endocowboy, located MB2 and the rest was a piece of cake.
