Case 1:

Case of a necrotic lower second right molar. Canals were shaped with the miniKUT rotary files. The Glide path was directly performed with miniKUT EZP 15/03 at 800 rpm in all 3 canals. After preflaring with miniKUT OS file at 1000 rpm, the deep shape was done with miniKUT 25/05 at 800 rpm. PulpSucker was used for 15 minutes with NaOL 8% (system provided irrigant bag) followed by EDTA 17% delivered by the dedicated syringe. Canals were filled with a bioceramic sealer and continuous wave technique till mid root. Final xrays shows the respect of the anatomy and 5 portals of exits!

Case 2:

Case of a lower right second premolar with an apical deep split. Canals were shaped with the miniKUT small canals pack procedure. The coronal common part was shaped with the miniKUT OS file at 1000 rpm, after bending hand files 10 using the EndoBender2. The main canals were scouted, patency was assured, working length recorded, and a push pull motion was applied till they get loose. Glide path was performed with miniKUT 15/03 at 800 rpm and deep shape was done with miniKUT 25/03 at 800 rpm. PulpSucker was placed with one canula till the mid root and continuous irrigation was performed for 12 minutes with NaOCl 8%, followed by EDTA 17 %. Canals were filled with a bioceramic sealer and continuous wave technique till mid root. Final xrays shows multiple portals of exists.
